MOD Pizza Restaurant Review

    On this week's edition of the Grease Pit Restaurant Review Series, I have decided to conduct a review of my experience at MOD Pizza. This is a restaurant that I feel might have to be looked at in a different light compared to others I have reviewed due to the fact that it provides a higher quality of food, and it doesn't necessarily fit into the category of fast food. However, it is located in the grease pit so I have decided to review it the same way that I reviewed other restaurants. When looking at the food, one thing that sets MOD apart is the customization that they provide. From different types of crust to every topping imaginable, this allows for the customer to have the exact pizza that they want which is something that is not always available at some pizza places. This customization is allows MOD to be a restaurant that people can visit frequently, since customers are able to go and get something different every time to make it feel like a fresh experience. I believe that this is a major reason that MOD is one of the most popular choices for Baylor students when deciding on a place to eat.

    With regards to the customer service, I feel that MOD does not provide extraordinary service. The workers are helpful and good at listening when taking your order, but it does not hold up compared to some of the other restaurants I have reviewed such as Chic-fil-A. Another aspect of the service which holds MOD back is the long wait time. I feel that the wait is worth it once you get your pizza but due to the large amount of mobile orders that they take, sometimes if you order at the restaurant it can take an extended amount of time. Overall, the customer service is the one thing that holds MOD back and I have decided to give it a 9.6 rating out of 10 in my Grease Pit Review Series.
